Cantt Dental Care does not guarantee coverage by any insurance provider. Patients are responsible for understanding their insurance benefits, obtaining pre‑authorisation when required, and settling any unpaid charges not covered by insurance. The clinic may assist with documentation for insurance claims, but is not responsible for the outcome of such claims.
Third-party billing arrangements, if accepted, will be governed by the terms agreed between the patient, insurance provider, and the clinic. Patients remain ultimately responsible for full payment of services rendered, irrespective of insurance reimbursement.
Cantt Dental Care adheres to applicable health and safety guidelines, including infection control, sterilisation protocols, and clinical hygiene standards. All clinical activities are performed in compliance with regulatory requirements and recommendations from relevant dental authorities.
Patients are required to cooperate with safety protocols, including pre-screening procedures, use of protective equipment, and compliance with infection control measures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cantt Dental Care shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from dental treatment, including loss of income, loss of use, or other incidental losses related to treatment outcomes.
Our total liability for direct damages, if any, shall be limited to the total amount actually paid by the patient for the specific Services that form the basis of a claim. Liability for personal injury or death resulting from the clinic’s negligence is not excluded where applicable law requires such liability.
Patients who wish to raise complaints or concerns regarding treatment, billing, or services should first contact our administrative staff. We will attempt to resolve disputes amicably within a reasonable timeframe.
If resolution cannot be reached directly, disputes will be governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
